      <description>I have been a very anxious person all my life.
The good part of it is, that I have being learning to manage it during my whole life.
As I have been getting older, I have learned to manage my anxiety a little better. It is important to accept ourselves as we really are, and confront our limitations wisely and with courage. If me accept that, it will affect you less.
