I have found over the years, through allergic reactions, urticaria, nausea and vomiting, dislocating jaws, passing out, and generally missing out on a good portion of my life. I've noticed through the years that not only is barometric pressure one of my triggers but wind is especially horrific for me. I have found not only peppermint works, but ginger chews. Little gels that can be chewed or dissolved in hot water and drank can help the nausea. I usually get them at a chinese market, inexpensive, but places like Trader Joes and other spots have them.
