Too tender to touch

Lately, I've had extra noticed pain in my shoulders, arms, and ribcage area. Those places literally hurt A LOT to be touched. I scratched an irritation near my ribs, which caused severe pain. Massages hurt terribly. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'm wondering if it could be part of my fairly new Fibromyalgia diagnosis, or if it's part of RA.

I have an appt with my rheumy in August and will mention it then.

Thanks!

In my profile it states that my parents passed in 2008, a week apart, and has left me devistated to this day. I usually have a difficult time around holidays, but I always overcome. This past Fathers Day was different, and I'm still paying the concequences.

The week before Fathers Day, my husband had to go out of town for a week for work. I'm sure you already have a good guess as to what happened. Alone & sick, & with Fathers...

finally eating a little better & what a nice difference!

After dealing with severe RA & Fibro for years now, I've had it with the constant pain & all the darn drugs. Unable to get out of the vicious cycle we all get stuck in, I've been only getting worse.

So...I've finally made a serious long time commitment to eat healty. I've started eating lots of baby spinach leaves with fruit, oatmeal, veggies with most meals, cutting back on coffee, and drinking lots & lots of water. Most...
