I find myself so angry today, for one I am tired, I have four kids who are driving me nuts, and my husband has been gone for 2 months. I have had enough! I just want to be left alone (by the kids) so I can veg out in front of the tv or just go to sleep! I hate this side of my bipolar the anger that is so hard to control..........
I have been bi polar most of my life and am looking for people who understand what it's like to deal with this stupid disease. If anyone out there is looking for support and friendship I would welcome it. Thanks.
