ABOUT ME:

I ran an MIT clinical research program on serotonin, emotions and carbohydrate craving. I also developed and ran a Harvard U hospital weight loss center for people who had gained weight on antidepressants, mood stabilizers and antipsychotic medications. I have written several books; the latest which I co-authored is The Serotonin Power Diet that offers a weight loss program for emotional overeaters and antidepressant associated weight gain.
