ABOUT ME:

I am an almost 40 year old who never suffered from migraines until 3 years ago. It started as soon as school got out...a time when I should be relaxing. Instead, my headaches come when my stress level goes down, so from Thursday to Sunday. Monday morning when school starts back up, so does my migraine. They follow me on Christmas and Easter breaks as well as in the summer. There are too many triggers to list, but most involve an overstimulation of one or more senses.
