- Bio: Hi I am 56 have COPD lung capacity of 31% and suddenly I am feeling so depressed I cant stop crying and feel at times like what is the point of everything. I don;t know what to take I am so scared of antidepressant once had Cipramil and threw them down the toilet they made me feel worse.

I would really like to know how other people knew to depression cope. I have never felt like this. As I said earlier 56 with COPD still work but on oxygen at night which is awful it limits one so much. I used to do a lot of gym but am battling to breathe at the moment
