Been with this mood disorder for 11 yrs and I recently recovered with 6 hospitalizations. I did 6 other hospitalizations when i was 21 and first diagnosed. I'm not Bi-Polar although I have the identical symptoms. I have Substance-Induced Mood Disorder with Psychotic Features from the side-effects of a prescribed medicine I took 11 years ago. I ended up permanently sick for the rest of my life...and please don't try to convince me to get off my medications...I've hit rock bottom twice in my life because I have attempted...Never again. If I can't have my medications I'll just do myself a favor and commit suicide with dignity while I'm still sane. I'm atleast grateful to be living in a developed country where I get my medications for free while I get back on my feet. I have a new person in my life and I'm graful for her too.
