I have been on a major diet for about 25 weeks now, and lost a total of 40-lbs, but need some help to keep it coming off.&amp;nbsp; I was averaging about 2-lbs per week now I am down to maybe .5-lbs per week. &amp;nbsp;So have some questions on what I need to do to help get my metabolism up more and get back to taking off 1 to 2-lbs per week.&amp;nbsp; I would like to take off another 50-lbs by 12/08...&amp;nbsp; Trying to do it the healthy way, so it...</description>
