      <title>Understanding BMI</title>
      <description>BMI is confusing me.&amp;nbsp; According to all the online calculators, I am obese.&amp;nbsp; My BMI comes out to just above 30.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; (I'm 5 3 and 171 lbs)&amp;nbsp; I know I could stand to lose a few pounds, but I'm really struggling with the idea that I am obese.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; All the calculators include a disclaimer about not being 100% accurate, especially if you are a body-builder or are really muscular, I have muscles, but I wouldn't say I'm...</description>
