      <title>not so tough anymore </title>

I was diagnosed July 2009.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; What a day. The neurologist said you have MS.&amp;nbsp; MS? MS.&amp;nbsp; Okay.&amp;nbsp;Wow I didn't know what to say.&amp;nbsp; It wasn't a complete surprise. I knew it was a possibility but I was still shocked . I think I sort of went into protection mode. I immediately asked about the treatments and what I might expect. None of it was too good but I was gonna be tough and this wasn't going to stop...</description>
