43 years old, married, work part-time at an animal shelter, have 2 dogs and 2 cats. Trying to cope with ADD and Depression and to "find myself". I'm a pack-rat (my house is crammed with "stuff"). I'm an impulse shopper. I can't seem to make myself get moving even though I want to get rid of most of my stuff, I just feel a panic sensation when I try and end up doing nothing at all.
