      <title>water retention</title>
      <description>Hello all,
It's been a while since I posted something but I was looking to see what is going on with different blog and see if I could answer any questions.&amp;nbsp; I have one.&amp;nbsp; Water retention.&amp;nbsp; It seems like on Monday my weight is down and then on Wednesday I have gained like 1-2 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I am on the tamoxfin, how can I control the water gain.

      <title>Tamoxfin and weight</title>
      <description>Hello all,
