ABOUT ME:

I have been stable on my bipolar medications since 2004. I still have trouble holding down a job due to panic attacks and low moods however. I enjoy writing poetry, letters, journals, and my biography. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats so I guess that makes me an animal lover. I am in a stable relationship for 5 years now. My partner also has bipolar disorder. We monitor each others moods and give each other feedback.
