      <title>Not getting the results I want! Please help!!</title>
      <description>I go to the gym 5 times a week and I think I eat pretty healthily, low fat cereal for breakfast, healthy sandwich on multigrain bread for lunch and then&amp;nbsp;dinner when I get home at around 7:30, here are some of the examples of the things I have&amp;nbsp;for dinner:-chicken and veg, spaghetti bolognese, chicken stir fry, pasta bake&amp;nbsp;etc.
