I love to exercise and have osteoporosis for 15 years. Thought nothing of it just thought it was week bones so don't fall. Was on fosamax for 8 years then had a compression fracture T-7 spine this last Nov 2008. Did this working out at the gym and thought I really pulled something bad and a month later they finally took an X Ray and realized it was a compression fracture. So now dealing with this. Married to a great guy for 26 years who loves golf. He loves golf and I love exercise but now I will go to plan B and be a little more moderate. This web site has given me more info than the doctors I have seen.PHOTOS:
