Hello, I am a 43 year old man who woke up one morning in chronic pain and my left hip swollen to 4 times its normal size. I was rushed to emergency and told I had kidney failure due to my immune system attacking my muscle tissue. I had dialysis for a week which fixed my kidneys, but my left hip had damaged or destroyed my nerves in my left leg and foot. I now have chronic pain in my left foot and hardware to fix drop foot. I have been to Mayo clinic and several other doctors and hospitals. All treatments have failed and now I am on high doses of meds.PHOTOS:
