I've always been different, from world-class athlete and Valedictorian of my high school class, to being an alcoholic and recreational drug user (borderline addict, but much more alcoholic). I only knew I was an alcoholic when I tried to quit drinking and I couldn't, I cried about it. I admitted myself because I was suicidal, and after my 72hrs, I was assigned a therapist and psychiatrist. Basically, I learned that I had been self-medicating for years. I met my husband, we were both a little crazy, but I've figured out my med cocktail that works for me. I have about 5 personality disorders, but mainly Bipolar, Borderline, and Anxiety. But my husbands problems led me to this site for a support network. He is Bipolar, but cycles every one to two weeks, up 2-4 days, asleep in a coma for 2-4 days, like routine. We are trying to get an actual Diagnosis for him, but its tough. I think he may be mildly schizophrenic. But that's me. I also have two beautiful step-daughters and my babies, 2 chihuahuas.PHOTOS:
