Suddenly, I found myself dealing with a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, dates with a million doctors, chronic pain, and a lot of fear and questions (including, will I ever get to wear heels again?), all the while trying to keep up with my busy life in New York City as a single female working in the non-profit arts.
