Exercise

With the fatigue that is common to MS patients, it is easy to forego the joy of exercise. That is when you most need it. If you choose not to do it, it will be more difficult tomorrow. Moreover, I found that when I was just too fatigued today and made myself go walk anyway, I was doubly blessed.

Not only...

attitude

Keep a smile on your face and in your heart. The smile is not for having MS. It is for being alive. Our bodies can heal most ailments. They were designed by quite an architect. An immune system that automatically takes care of a lot: a brain that can take care of still more. It helps to take care of both.
