I am keeping track of what happens so when I go back to the doctor on June 4 we can determine if it is helping at all. The frequency and intensity of them varies. Recently I have been having a lot of migraines (12 in April). I saw a neurologist who prescribed Axert to stop them and Verapamil to prevent them. He also referred me to an anesthesiologist to see about trying an occiptal nerve block. I haven't started taking the Verapamil yet.
