I have chronic back pain and just made it through 8 bad days. Today started great. I had a baby sitter and went to a physical therapist that I really like, the simple exercise felt great. I got home and had a nice relaxing few hours while the kids napped. Then it was time to take them to school. the teacher wanted to hold class outside today.
