Why does every task have to be so utterly painful? My 5.5 year old son just can't get through the morning routine - ever! We perform the same tasks every morning getting ready for Kindergarten, but he resists me every day just the same.

Tomorrow the school is having their autism consultant observe my son. I'm very excited for her comments because he has some social problems that seem similar to autistic spectrum kids.
