what next?

I'm going to go to my first migraine specialist in June and need to find out about coverage from my insurance co. My question is does anyone have any advise about what questions to ask? I'm assuming from past experiences that I'll be given the run around first. I' need to have some questions or statements ahead of time so they don't think I'll back down when given a "No" for an answer. Thank you for any help.Jess
