      <title>ZONE Diet - Thoughts?</title>
      <description>I would like to know your thoughts on Dr Barry Spears Zone Diet.&amp;nbsp; Do you agree its wise to eat 5 meals a day (i.e. Bfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack)?&amp;nbsp; Specifically what are your thoughts on the Zone Diets claim to eat a balance (whether thats his block weights like 7gms protein per 9 grams carb or just a 1:1 ratio) of Protein, Carbohydrates (favorable not complex), and some fat with every meal and snack.</description>
