Hi, I'm Brandy.  I'm 32, living with depression and chronic pain.  My doctor strongly thinks I may have fibromayalgia, but she's going to leave the final diagnosis to a rhumetologist if need be.  I try to keep positive and find some humor in every day.  It helps me to not get real down and to keep perspective that life could be worse.  I'm not married, but am lucky enough to be dating someone who is very supportive and patient.  I also have my pets, one dog and one cat.  They are great companions as well as comedians.  Over all, life is pretty good compared to what it was a couple of years ago.  I'm very open and honest about my depression and pain.  Talking about it helps me accept what is happening and that it may never go away.  I enjoy meeting new people.  In fact, I  met one of my best friends on this site.  I love this site because I can both give and recieve support and advice.  One thing I always keep in mind is that hope is one thing we should always hang on to.  When things seem their worst, there is always a bit of light at the end.
