He does from time to time.. it comes in the family.But this past week hes been having a really strong pain around his face that he describes as really strong pulse that starts around his forehead and all the way to his jaw.He starts  shaking mildly and stuff like that.really red eyes. and inflammation on the right eye. i really dont know what can it  be .it has been happening... http://www.healthcentral.com/high-blood-pressure/c/2690/13847/bp
