      <title>Headache following first workout in several days</title>
      <description>I'm a former&amp;nbsp;trainer currently resurrecting my fitness, mainly through running.&amp;nbsp; For several years I've noticed that I have horrible migraines following&amp;nbsp;a workout, but only when I've rested more than 2 days before it.&amp;nbsp; These migraines are complete with light sensitivity and&amp;nbsp;pain behind the eyes, and they usually last for a couple days.&amp;nbsp; There is flushing and dizziness immediately after the workout, with the migraine...</description>
