Living with Fibromyalgia since 1990, and additional chronic pain from accidents over the years, MST-PTSD and Bi-Polar. I am known to be in great spirits despite my condition. Although the pain, fatigue and depression can get to me, I work a program to keep me healthy, safe and in a life worth living. After my personal experiences, and educating myself on my condition, I have improved the quality of my life.
