ABOUT ME:

I first found out I had insomnia was around 1998. I was also suffering from depression and didn't know any of this. Around 2006, I was told that I also had sleep apnea. I would wake up with headaches and couldn't understand why. I took a sleep test and my doctor told me what my problem is. Now I use oxygen every time I sleep, but sometimes I still have insomnia even when I take my medicine.
