Living with GAD

I have been diagnosed with depression and GAD in July 2003. Since then, I've been on Lexapro and Budprion. My depression is getting somewhat better though my GAD is about the same. I'm on a walking excercise program suggested by my doctor where I need to walk at least 4 - 5 blks or more each day. I'm divorced lady living in Denver,CO and I'm 54 years of age.
