      <title>Cardio Workout with Breathing Issues</title>
      <description>I'm a 23 year old woman, and I've been going to the gym for two months. I'm doing fine with walking on the tredmill, doing pilates, and going regular workout classes, but I have a problem when jogging or doing step aerobics. My bloodpressure skyrockets, I start breathing hard and wheezing, and I start to shake and feel faint. I can handle about 5 minutes of jogging, or 10 minutes of step aerobics before I have to excuse myself and take a break....</description>
