DRUGS I AM TAKING:

Just stated Venlafaxine,  Lyrica and Clonazepam and PRN flexeril,  Endocet,  Methadone for worst pain

ABOUT ME:

I've taken depression classes, anxiety classes, pain class which I'm still in. Diet classes, but the meds fight that and low activity.Try to set up a little garden area where I can enjoy life since I can walk only for a short time. I live with pain, spasms, weakness, but at least I can still walk for now.I have changed a lot of old things to compensate for what I can do now, which is very limited now. Most important is pace, pace, pace, and pray.I am 50 feeling 80 most of the time. I do enjoy going out to dinner since I really find it very hard to cook. But, ofcourse, there is always never enough money.
