Three days before Mohs surgery

I will have the surgery this friday on an area starting out the size of a dime on my left temple. It bleeds a little after showers now and itches since the biopsy three weeks ago. I am a little apprehensive because of pictures of how big the incision might be after they are done. I also hate the thought of more needles with the local anesthetic. I wish they would put me to sleep.
