At age 29 I had a Head-On Collision with a Truck. In which I crushed my right ankle. Due to the lovely insurance (Prudential-HMO/Network Hospital/etc.) and completely unprofessional Staff at the Hospital in which I was taken to - my foot was left twisted around pointing to the inside and turned upside down for 10 hours (With nothing for pain). Until my network hospital sent an ambulance to pick me up, eventhough it states on the back of the insurance card that if the hospital calls this phone number within 48 hours of services that they will be covered Network Hosp. or Not. This was due to a few choice words I had for the Officers and staff on the subject of a beer can that was found under my seat -that of which I had no knowledge even of but they assumed that I was drunk . Though 10 hours later when they finally got the blood work back conveniently at the same time the ambulance showed, it said that I was NOT intoxicated!!!But during this waite  I was rolled into the hallway, given a rag to hold my chin together and to waite.

And thus the beginning of my long road of PAIN.
