ABOUT ME:

After winning bouts with panic disorder, depression, and alcoholism, I was fortunate enough to have found my life's passion and work. So I earned my master's degree and counseling credentials, and I'm doing all I can to lend a hand to those having a tough time. I operate a sharing and learning blog for sufferers of depression, anxiety, and chronic stress. Very cool opportunities for relief, including mentoring packages. In addition to writing and speaking, I do a lot of psychiatric emergency work. Always something going on!
