My name is Jamie. I'm a mother to two wonderful little girls, I'm a wife to a great man and I'm a woman who has battled with depression since the age of 12. When I was first diagnosed with depression I was so ashamed and attempted to keep it a secret. But now I am very open and honest about my depression, which will most likely be a lifelong illness for me, in the hope that my honesty will help end the stigma still attached to this illness.
