I have had migraine all my life, even as an infant. Over the last 4 years I have tried various alternative approaches on my own and have been treated by a Headache Specialist. Although there is no cure the part that frustrates me the most is that nothing works for more than about 3 months. The longest I have ever been without a migraine is 2 weeks! I do know that the more pro-active you are the better you do.PHOTOS:
