      <description>Dear List,
I need to find washable, reusable incontinence panties for a handicapped girl in Uganda. Also, I need to find them at an affordable price.&amp;nbsp; They need to be latex free. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also,&amp;nbsp;I would like to find washable liners.
