I am an office manager for an orthopedic surgeon and have recently started drinking MonaVie, the Gift from the Amazon, a juice of 19 fruits that have benefited so many. I feel fabulous and everyone that I have shared  the juice feels great too. I love that we are getting healthier and there is even an opportunity to make some money while you are getting healthy. How better can life get!

I love to travel and surround myself with good family and friends. Live life to the fullest and help as many to do the same along the way. I fully believe this and the more people that believe this too, what a better place we will all be living in today and in the future.

 I love to fish. I have tried meditation and yoga but my new interest is trying QiGong. It is great.
