Get out of jury duty due to incontinence....

For whatever it is worth, it is easy to get out of jury duty due to incontinence.
I was finally summoned and I went to my urologist, and she gave a note to fax to the courts.

Exercising/Gym and Protection...

I thought I would share my 2 cents worth in regards to going to the gym and exercising while diapered.
I know at first it is very difficult with going to the gym diapered due to how close everybody is, noise, changing, leaks, odors, heat rashes, and worse of all sweating.
In my opinion there is no easy way to exercise while diapered. I have the biggest issue with sweating, it seems 15 minutes after I get to the gym I feel like I am soaked, and...

Here comes the heat....get ready for the Breathable Style protection...

I would like to share with others that the use of breathable style briefs (diapers) are a huge benefit when dealing with the heat. I am a pretty active guy and the heat used to limit what I would do simply because of the heat rashes and constant changing because I would sweat so much.
My Doctor suggested the use of the breathable style extra absorbency Attends (there are others as well) and I found that they worked pretty good...

Being considerate to our loved ones.

I recently had my wife tell me that during my sleep as I move I was waking her up because my diaper was making noise. I didn't realize I was waking her up, so I did a bit of research and found some night time diapers that have a cloth like outer so there is no noise at all (attends extended wear).
I only bring this up to share with others that are in the same situation.

Here is a "tip" that has worked for me over the years in regards to quick changes....

Here is a quick tip for those of us that need to change very quickly and we dont always want to carry "extra's" with us. I usually always use a quality booster pad, and if I need to do a quick change then all I do is reach back and take out the used booster pad and that will usually remove the majority of the wetness.
Now if you are like me I have to be extremely careful that I check first to make sure that I didn't leak via my bowels.
