I am suffering from migraine from around three years .. and i can't control it ..

though sometimes when i avoid all the triggers .. it's lessen... but most of the times it's so severe ... and i gett o have for about 4 days in a week & sometimes when its so good only three times a week .. my migraine attacks are so severe & i feel numbness on my left side , nausea , vision problems & most of all the severe killing headaches .. and you all the other symptoms .

At the beginning i was able to manage my life , once the attack came , my whole day is ruined , but now am kind a better and you can say thatt he preventative medication am taking had reduced  the headaches .

Am glad to join this site , coz i was able to know more about migraine and poeple who understand how i feel .

Coping in life with even a stronger hope , to be able to create a diffrence despite our migraine .. that is what we all want .
