i have been dealing with GERD for about 4 years in total now, over the past 6 months it has become more difficult to control. I am quite a nervous person and i know that stress is a contributing factor to this problem. But its catch 22, the more i worry the worse it gets the worse it gets the more i worry. I have tried natural remedies, Aloe Vera Gel works quite well. Adjusting diet also helps, but nothing is clearing it up entirely. I am currently taking Nexium and awaiting an appointment with my specialist to see what step we can take from here. I will admit this problem is pushing me into a depression.PHOTOS:
