Christian woman who has battled w/100's of Dr's, Nurses, Physchiatrists, Pharmacists, Family, Friends, etc. to convince them I am ill. Recently moved to MD from AZ and went to a Pain Dr. to renew my pain meds and was told just this month that Fibromyalgia is a "Wastebasket" disease even tho the AMA accepts it. That as there were no markers to show, apparently my Pain and I didn't exist. Not much progress in 30+ years. Have tried to advocate for years with not much support. Constantly trying to improve image of Fibro. and educate. Write poetry, much of which is determined by my pain. Looking for support and sharing of information to keep my sanity. 

Check out the web site "The Invisible Project".  It represents all of us in Chronic Pain and is an excellent cause.  Trying 2 get 500,000 signatures to the President in support of our cause and conditions.
