ABOUT ME:

I am a former Harvard nuclear physicist, now living in the Himalayas of India as am author and publisher of spiritual and philosophical works, as well as humour. I occasionally make comic videos to give happiness to people and also compose music and sing. I was diagnosed with osteopenia/osteoporosis in 2007. Took Actonel for 13 months and then stopped. Presently taking Vitamin D, 600,000 IU once a week along with 1000 mg of calcium through food and supplements. Walking fairly regularly on every alternate day on long mountain roads. Feeling OK thus far! But worried because of the lack of medical aid in the Himalayas where I live! I live in Mussoorie a small town in North India in the Himalayan mountains, about 6500 feet above sea level. It is about 250 miles from New Delhi.
