Rock Bottom

I'm hitting rock bottom now, my medication does'nt feel like its working. I've been on it for just over a year now. I'm either down their or emotionlless, never happy. What do I do. Things are starting to go beter now, but still feel empty and drained. Is their anybody out there that's on the combination of Cymbalta 60, Epitec 100 and Seraquel 25. Id like to know how it makes you feel. Share some of your experiences please.

I want my life back

I'am a 32 year old male, got everything going for myself, but I just can't seem to get myself in that spot to enjoy life again. I've been on medication for the past 14 years. My medication was changed about a year ago when i was diagnosed with BP, it's working but I feel emotionless. Tel me how to change that
