Climbing skyscraper stairs...

Hello,

I weigh 170lbs and I am interested in weighing 180-185. I need to know will doing a stair climb in a 1200ft building cause me to loose weight? My city has these every year and I have passed up on the opportunities because I didnt get any incite into the weight gain/loss issue.

Any advice here will be appreciated

Charley
