I have been Bipolar for over 30 years. In my early adult life in and out of hospitals for over 4 years including State hosptals 3 times.Have studied this and lived it in all ways that I shall begin to share in articles. You could say that I am an expert in this. Work in a Nursing Home Setting where many seniors have Mental health problems and I study them and go to the books LOOKING for the cure or at least help them. I am a Registered Nursing Assistant  with help from many professionals learned the hard way through experience  and asking many questions  and going to the books in the public library and online.   THIS BIPOLAR CAN BE HELPED .
