      <title>I don't recognize my hands anymore..</title>
      <description>After years of knee pain and several months of hand pain, I finally got tested last week: Rheumatoid factor of 248. But I can't get an appointment with a Rheumatologist to be officially dx until April. (New Orleans has a healthcare crises.)
Meanwhile, every day my hands are more swollen and have just started to twist. I looked at them last night and started to cry - they look like a stranger's. I can't even open the Alleve bottle any more.
