HEALTH INTERESTS:

i'm interested in all segments of pain and people in pain,  i want to learn how to educate others on pain medication and difference between use and abuse. i want to help educate people on what it's like living in chronic pain and it's not that we're lazy or depressed it's that our social lives are affected by pain and w/o pain relief we have no live outside of pain i have diabetes,  skin cancer,  an anurysmal wall in the upper aorta,  hypertentsion,  nueropathy,  arthritits,  osteoporosis,  hep c,  brain damage from an accident. pain from scar tissue. i t hink that's it,  i may have forgotten couple things.

DRUGS I AM TAKING:

i've been taking oxycoden,  oxycontin,  asprin for my heart,  lorazapan for shaky leg,  lisinipril,  lovastatin,  lipitor,  folic acid,  and cmybalta,  and requip. i took the rquip 3 times and sstopped to go back to lorazapan because of sides. i also stoped everything except my pain meds because i've been so sick for a year i didn't know what else to do. it's been 9 days since i stook the meds and i'm feeling much better.

ABOUT ME:

i'm also with the american pain foundation and the state leader for Hawaii, i'm an advocate in training.

i've always been active until last year, hopefully now that i feel better i can return to swimming and other activities. i danced hula for ten years but the pain got to bad.

i'm divorced and happy living on my own. i'm a photographer and i have a pet lovebird called binky who loves to pose for me. we get great flying/stop action shots.

i'm ready to graduate from the university of hawaii with my ba in administration of justice, and women's studies. i'm also a national photographer lauerette. i'm hoping to write a book on hawaiian native plants.
